My husband ordered this case for me for Christmas with the Canon G3. The camera is excellent, but the case appears on the camera with the lens mount, and not G3. Not easy for an inch of space in front of the lens. The rest of the case is snug fit. It 's strange that this very long snout protruding from space camera rattling., I ordered this case my G6, only to find that both Canon and Amazon says it's wrong G6. Canon Customer Support apologizes for the mistake on their part. We recommend a soft case (PSC-70) for this device and Canon is not the case of semi-custom G6.
